We are the Wynia family and we live on an acreage just outside of Moville, IA.
At Remi's Place, we provide top-notch dog boarding, daycare, and grooming services for your furry friend. We will care for your dog like they're our own. We pride ourselves on creating a home-like environment where your dog can feel comfortable and happy while you're away.
The name Remi's Place is in remembrance of our beloved Mini Schnauzer Remi who we lost in 2021. Remi was well known in the community as a support animal at nursing homes, hospitals, and much more. He will be remembered through our work caring for your pets at Remi's Place.
With over 20 years of experience in care, our team brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the table. We have volunteered at various shelters, interned at veterinary clinics, coupled with animal science and pre-vet courses from SDSU, have equipped us with the skills to provide exceptional care while gaining hands-on experience that deepens our understanding of animal welfare.
Additionally, my background as an ICU RN enhances our ability to handle medications, emergency situations, with grave attention to detail. Furthermore, Ryan's years of as microbiologist significantly improves our expertise in disease management and maintaining cleanliness, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all animals in our care.
